1. New document types
The following document types have been added:
- FANC safety advice
- Welding certificate
- European Health Insurance Card
- Luxembourg social badge
- Apprenticeship and internship contract
- Report of illegal employment
A complete overview of all available documents can always be found here:

2. Basic safety certificate updated according to sector agreement
The basic safety certificate is now valid for 10 years instead of being valid indefinitely.
This change results from the recent sector agreement within the construction industry, which places greater emphasis on regularly refreshing safety knowledge.
Conneqtr has implemented this change immediately in Zen, ensuring users automatically remain aligned with the latest legislation and sector requirements.
3. Expansion of check-in history
Within an employee’s check-in history, the creation date and exact time of each check-in are now also displayed.
This provides additional insight into:
- Whether check-ins were carried out on time
- Whether multiple check-ins were registered simultaneously
The history can be found here:

This information is also now available via the API.
4. Company-level documents (phase 1)
It is now possible to add, track, and manage company-specific documents within Zen.
In this first phase, the focus is on centralizing and making company-level documents visible within Zen. This already ensures that you have a clear overview of all available company documents today. Enforcing requirements and requesting documents via the action center will be introduced in later phases.
However, an important step has already been taken with an integration with the VCA database, where company-level VCA certificates are automatically imported.
More information about company-specific documents can be found here: https://learn.conneqtr.com/consulting-and-managing-company-level-documents
5. Refinement of duty of care (country of posting)
In the context of the new duty of care, an important distinction has been added between:
- Identity card (country of origin)
- Residence permit (country of posting)
Therefore, it is now mandatory to always add the country of posting for a residence permit.
If this country does not match the country of the direct employer, Zen will continue to indicate that the residence permit for this person is not in order.
6. Employee contact details
Within an employee’s profile, it is now possible to:
- Add an email address
- Add a mobile phone number
This makes it easier to contact employees directly and manage data centrally.
See here how to open or edit a profile:
